Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete a food safety certification every 5 years, and teach new team members importance.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties, including PPE requirements.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Execute all deli, carryout, café and cheese tasks per SOP and operate related equipment.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, cases, floors and counters.
• Prepare and display sandwiches, subs and wraps; slice and package deli items.
• Prepare pizzas per SOP, bake, cut, package, and serve to customers.
• Assist customers, cut and slice meat or cheese, portion deli foods and label items.
• Prepare grab-and-go items and manage chicken processing and labeling.
• Follow SOP for roasting and smoking programs as applicable; maintain clean roasting equipment.
• Record loss via KLT and maintain proper temperature and sanitation logs.
• Organize sales floor cooler and freezer and assist with weekly circular planning.
