Job summary

CMP seeks a driven Delegate Sales Representative to grow our Exchange events portfolio. You will cultivate relationships with senior customer-experience practitioners, building interest and attendance through cold calls, marketing-generated leads, LinkedIn, social media, and email campaigns.

This hybrid role requires NY-resident candidates and offers base pay plus uncapped commission with an average OTE of around $75k in year one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, and/or event marketing preferred.
• Strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify senior-level practitioners to enroll in our networking events.
• Qualify sales opportunities by following up on marketing-generated leads.
• Initiate contact with executives via cold calls, email outreach, and social selling.
• Manage the full sales process: research, outreach, pipeline management, and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through ongoing engagement.
