RTM Business Group is a professional development events company serving EdTech, Healthcare, Government, Medical and Banking sectors. The Delegate Sales role focuses on building relationships with C-Level executives to drive attendee generation for conferences.

The position is hybrid in NY, NJ and CT with two days in the office or fully remote in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, SC and IN. Travel up to six events yearly is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months–2 years in a similar role, B2B preferred.
• Background in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or B2B events.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Heavy focus on email marketing and social selling (LinkedIn).
• Sell to C-Level and senior executives through calls and pitches.
• Act as primary contact for executives on scheduling and events.
