Job summary

RTM Business Group seeks a Delegate Sales professional to build relationships with C-Level executives for our conferences. You will drive attendee enrollment through email campaigns, social selling, and direct outreach, with training provided and a mix of collaborative and independent work.

The role is hybrid across NY, NJ, CT with 2 days in the office, and remote opportunities in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, SC and IN.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years in a similar role, B2B experience preferred.
• Background in Sales, Marketing or B2B events.
• Ability to travel.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Heavy focus on email marketing; social selling via LinkedIn; calls and pitches to C-Level and senior executives.
• Identify pain points and map programs to attendee generation for conferences.
• Serve as primary contact for executives regarding questions, scheduling and the event.
• Travel nationally to up to 6 events per year (4–5 days each).
• Create, monitor and manage tasks in the CRM Airtable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce collateral and follow-up materials.
• Build and maintain a broad network of contacts.
