Job summary

RTM Business Group is seeking a Delegate Sales professional to build relationships with C-Level executives and other senior leaders. The role centers on email marketing, social selling, calls, and pitches to generate conference attendees and drive growth.

Hybrid work model in NY, NJ and CT with two in-office days; remote options available in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, SC and IN. Travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months–2 years in a similar role with B2B experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive attendee acquisition via email marketing, social selling, calls and pitches to C-Level executives.
• Serve as primary contact for executives regarding scheduling and the event.
• Travel nationally for conferences (up to 6 events, 4–5 days each).
• Create, monitor and manage tasks in the CRM (Airtable).
• Collaborate with internal teams on collateral and follow-up.
