Job summary

Advanced Tech Placement is seeking a Customer Excellence - Delay Analysis SME to support clients in construction delay analysis, CPM scheduling, and platform adoption. This role blends consultancy with product feedback in a customer-facing environment.

You will perform schedule reviews, present findings, guide best practices, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption. Requires 3–5 years' experience, Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience performing construction delay analysis or forensic schedule analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques.
• Experience at delay analysis or claims consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule reviews and delay analysis using CPM scheduling principles and analytics.
• Interpret project schedule data and communicate findings to customers.
• Guide customers on best practices for schedule quality and delay analysis methodologies.
• Assist customers in applying delay analysis techniques within the platform.
• Provide product feedback and insights to improve platform capabilities.
• Support the Sales team with technical demonstrations and schedule analytics expertise.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer adoption and retention.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to marketing initiatives such as webinars, content, and thought leadership.
