Job summary

Secretariat is seeking a Construction Delay Analyst to join our global team. You will work on high-stakes projects with engineers, schedulers, and cost specialists to understand delays and quantify impacts.

You will perform forensic delay analyses, draft expert reports, and present findings to clients while collaborating with multi-disciplinary professionals in a fast-paced environment. Travel is sometimes required, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in building construction, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in construction project management, scheduling, or cost controls.
• Ability to travel as needed (generally under 15%).
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Flexible, creative problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project scheduling and delay analysis responsibilities.
• Review schedules, drawings, reports and identify key issues.
• Perform forensic delay analyses.
• Prepare delay claims and assess time impacts.
• Draft expert reports and client deliverables.
• Manage time to meet deadlines.
• Communicate findings clearly in English.
