Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, building construction, architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Available to start between January 2027 and September 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Prior experience in construction project management or scheduling is helpful but not required.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; willingness to learn scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how major construction project schedules are built, updated, and analyzed to uncover delays.
  • Work with scheduling tools to explore timelines and progress.
  • Dig into schedules, drawings, reports, and documents to identify key facts.
  • Turn research into clear reports and client deliverables.
