Advanced Tech Placement is seeking a Customer Excellence - Scheduling SME to work with general contractor clients across scheduling maturity. You will support project controls teams, engage with senior schedulers, and help develop foundational CPM practices.

Required experience includes 5 years in CPM scheduling on large construction projects, strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and ability to present status and risk to executives.

Formación

• 5 years of hands-on scheduling experience on large ENR-ranked general contractors, CM, or design-build firms.
• Experience developing, updating, and progressing CPM schedules on complex, large-scale construction projects.
• Experience building, standardizing, or improving scheduling processes.
• Strong command of Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Practical experience with delay analysis methodologies.
• Solid understanding of schedule quality standards and CPM scheduling specifications.
• Experience communicating schedule status and risk to project executives or corporate leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted scheduling resource to general contractor project controls, scheduling, and project management teams.
• Engage in peer-level technical conversations with experienced in-house schedulers.
• Assist less mature customers in establishing foundational CPM scheduling standards and practices.
• Discuss schedule performance metrics with corporate scheduling staff and field leadership.
• Benchmark customer schedules against industry and best practices.
• Support platform adoption within contractor scheduling and project controls workflows.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on customer demonstrations.
• Provide feedback to Engineering on product improvements.
• Contribute to marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
• Work closely with Customer Success to drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
