Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Culture and Engagement Manager to champion a culture of connection, value, and engagement by leading firmwide programs aligned with DEIB priorities.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and project manager who can influence across levels, manage complex initiatives, and drive engagement strategies aligned with firm priorities, with opportunities across multiple offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in DEIB, culture, engagement, or organizational development roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across multiple departments.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with ability to translate findings into insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with attorneys and professionals to understand culture and engagement priorities.
• Coordinate firmwide culture and engagement initiatives across offices for consistency.
• Develop engagement activities, surveys, and events aligned with DEIB priorities.
• Support onboarding programs fostering early connection for new hires.
• Provide guidance on engagement strategies and measure impact with data.
