Job summary

ADB Companies Inc is seeking a Manager, Culture & Engagement to lead culture strategy execution across nationwide operations. You will own engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives, build a field-facing culture cadence, and manage a feedback loop to inform leadership.

The role partners with the Executive Chief of Staff, Corporate Communications, and HR to drive the Well, Together, Community, Celebrate pillars.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in employee engagement, culture, internal communications, or HR program management.
Design programs for a distributed, non-desk workforce.
Experience running pulse surveys or listening programs.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across HR, Communications, and leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present metrics.
Willingness to travel nationwide to job sites and offices.

Responsibilities

Own Recognition and Engagement workstreams end-to-end: design, launch, and improve programs.
Build and run peer-to-peer recognition platform and culture awards.
Design field-friendly recognition programs for field crews and job sites.
Develop Culture Pillars into observable behaviors for leaders and staff.
Own pulse surveys, feedback loop, and culture dashboard for leadership reviews.
Coordinate Culture Champion network across regions and sites.
Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Administration on programs and budget.
