Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. seeks a DEI & Belonging Partner to lead internal employee engagement, cultural experiences, and cross-office belonging initiatives across New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto.

You will autonomously manage Employee Impact Groups, heritage months, and celebrations from concept to completion, partnering with Events, Facilities, and Communications teams. You will also support DEI leadership to ensure programs align with agency-wide strategies, mentor EIG leaders, and drive

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of DEIB, Human Resources, event coordination, and/or program management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end heritage month celebrations and cultural programs across offices.
• Coordinate with Events, Facilities, and Communications teams for execution and visibility.
• Write and manage communications for cultural events across internal channels.
• Manage external partners, vendors, and sponsors involved in events.
