Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a DE&I Project Manager in NYC to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that support culture, engagement, and business outcomes. You will partner with HR, ERGs, and leaders to drive strategic programs from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate has strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting DE&I or organizational effectiveness initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Project Management, Communications or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in project management, HR/DE&I, or related functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DE&I programs and strategic projects from planning to execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and leaders to support DE&I goals.
• Coordinate engagement programs, campaigns, training, and inclusion events.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Collect and report DE&I metrics, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Prepare executive dashboards and program reporting for leadership.
