Job summary

Foley Hoag seeks a Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to deliver high-impact DEI programming across the firm, driving engagement, cultural awareness, and inclusive excellence. The role supports communication plans, data-informed decisions, events, and affinity groups, partnering with multiple departments to advance DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting DEI initiatives or transferable skills in data analysis, marketing, or event planning required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DEI topics, such as identity, intersectionality, privilege and power, unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, inclusive leadership, improving culture, cultural humility, and intergroup and intra-group dynamics and dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the DEI Director to create DEI marketing materials, resources, toolkits, brochures, and reports.
• Facilitate onboarding coffee-chats for new hires and remain accessible during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Business Development to share DEI stories via newsletters, websites, and social channels.
• Maintain relevant DEI content on intranet and external website, showcasing milestones.
• Create promotional materials for recruitment, client interactions, and events.
• Develop and produce the monthly DEI newsletter from concept to publication.
• Create and maintain a multifaith calendar.
