Job summary

The role reports to the Director and focuses on data-informed decision making, communications, events, and affiliate groups to advance inclusive excellence.

The ideal candidate will drive data analyses, excel reporting, and storytelling, delivering polished materials while upholding rigorous professional standards and staying current with DEI

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting DEI initiatives or transferrable skills in data analysis, marketing, or event planning required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the DEI Director to create DEI marketing materials, resources, toolkits, brochures, and reports.
• Facilitate onboarding coffee-chats for new hires and remain accessible to all new hires during onboarding.
• Create, highlight, and share DEI stories and successes through newsletters, websites, and social channels.
