Job summary

Radford University seeks an Assistant Registrar – Curriculum to join the Office of the Registrar. You will manage degree audit coding and support the accurate implementation of approved curricular changes across university systems.

In this role you will coordinate with the catalog, curriculum systems, academic departments, and campus partners to ensure curricular requirements are implemented consistently. You will develop procedures, documentation, training, and user resources to support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in a registrar’s office or higher education student services.
• Knowledge of curriculum management, degree audit, and academic program requirements.
• Experience managing systems supporting university operations.
• Ability to interpret complex policies, analyze data, and report to campus offices.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple activities.
• Experience with relational databases and degree audit/reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage degree audit coding and support curriculum changes.
• Coordinate implementation of curricular changes across functional areas.
• Serve as a primary resource for degree audit and curriculum implementation.
• Develop procedures, documentation, training, and user resources.
• Support institutional initiatives affecting curriculum and academic programs.
