Tasc in Rockford, Illinois is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead and manage assigned programs, ensuring high standards of care for clients. The Supervisor will oversee the Deflection program operations and supervise a team of Deflection Specialists, coordinating day-to-day activities and program management.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, experience in outreach work, and knowledge of substance abuse disorders is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• CADC preferred.
• One or more years of outreach work related to direct client services.
• Experience providing training or presenting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and coordinate the work of staff.
• Supervise program management and office staff.
• Prepare, interpret, and present reports.
• Provide direct service to clients as necessary.

Skills

Knowledge of human behavior for substance abuse assessment
