Qualifications

• One year of outreach work related to direct client services.
• Experience providing training and/or presenting is preferred.
• Knowledge of treatment and service providers helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities to assist clients.
• Make referrals for necessary direct services.
• Provide education and awareness at community events.
• Assist with Medicaid enrollment when required.
• Develop working relationships with partners and agencies.
