Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities (TASC) is seeking a Supervisor for full-time management of program operations in Rockford, Illinois. The Supervisor will lead staff, direct clinical supervision, and oversee the delivery of services to ensure quality care for clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED, with knowledge of substance abuse assessment. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off. Starting salary ranges from $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of human behavior for assessing signs and symptoms of substance abuse disorders.
• One or more years of outreach work related to direct client services.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and coordinate the work of staff.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of program management and office staff.
• Establish work schedules and provide direct coverage when necessary.

Skills

Knowledge of human behavior for assessment of substance abuse disorders

Organizational skills

Training and presentation experience

Flexibility in leading discussions

Computer skills including Microsoft Office

Education
