Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities (TASC) is seeking a Supervisor for full-time management of program operations in Rockford, Illinois. The Supervisor will lead staff, direct clinical supervision, and oversee the delivery of services to ensure quality care for clients.
The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED, with knowledge of substance abuse assessment. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off. Starting salary ranges from $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience.

Position: Supervisor (Full-time)
Starting at $50,000 - $55,000 contingent upon experience, education, etc.
The Supervisor will provide the overall leadership of assigned programs including the program management, clinical supervision, personnel, and day-to-day operations of the assigned programs and services for the agency; including: information systems, and office management. The Supervisor will ensure clients receive the highest continuity of care based on evidence-based research, treatment modalities, addiction intervention, AODA counseling, recovery support services and best practices by assisting in the development and implementation of, policies, and strategic goals of the agency and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the needs of our clients are met/maintained on an individual basis. This position supervises a team of Deflection Specialists and manages the North West IL Deflection program operations covering a multi-county area in north/northwest Illinois.
