TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities) invites an experienced Deflection Specialist to support the BRIDGE Deflection Initiative serving Logan, Mason, and Menard Counties. The role focuses on outreach, education, and training on substance use topics, coordinating with behavioral health and community resources.

As the public face of the program, you will build strong community partnerships, present to diverse groups, and help connect individuals to services including Medicaid

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• CRSS, CPRS, or CADC preferred and may be required within two years.
• 1+ years of outreach work related to direct client services.
• Experience delivering community presentations and trainings on program topics.

Aufgaben

• Connect with clients in targeted communities to provide outreach and training.
• Develop relationships with community partners and service providers.
• Provide education on deflection and referral processes; deliver naloxone training.
• Enroll participants and coordinate with behavioral health and public agencies.
• Represent TASC at community events and trainings.
