Qualifications

• DoD travel processing experience required.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office suite.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• SECRET security clearance at time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct travel documentation and maintain data from the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Provide administrative services and input daily deployment reporting in DTS and verify status.
• Manage Temporary Assigned Duty (TAD) travel requests and no-cost orders for command personnel.
• Process data from DTS reports.
• Assist with travel payments, voucher preparation and DTS maintenance.
• Audit travel reimbursement vouchers for completeness and accuracy.
• Screen and verify receipts for vouchers in DTS.
• Coordinate with the Consolidated Travel Office for CONUS/OCONUS travel.
• Assist submissions of travel vouchers via DTS for military and DoD civilian personnel; ensure accuracy.
• Provide DTS guidance for deployments and training; train travel personnel.
• Serve as a Non DTS Entry Agent (NDEA).
• Assist Agency Program Coordinators with GTCC functions.
• Review and route cross-org requests for approval.
• Assist APCs with GTCC functions.
