Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Air Defense TPM to lead cross-functional efforts aligning strategic initiatives with execution plans. You will engage stakeholders, own technical outcomes, and orchestrate resources across multiple teams to deliver high-impact defense technology projects.

Candidates should have 7+ years of leadership in technical programs, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A Bachelor of Science in engineering or CS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading a technical team to field hardware or software products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners to gather insights, align objectives, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
• Technical Ownership: Drive technical outcomes through understanding system performance, incident response, and metrics-driven improvements.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, set milestones, and manage resources across initiatives.
• Execute Autonomously: Manage broad and ambiguous requirements from external clients with high ownership.
• Enable Cross Team Collaboration: Coordinate across hardware, product, and test operations to accelerate projects.
• Shape Growth Opportunities: Assist in drafting technical proposals and aligning opportunities with capabilities.
