Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC seeks a Technical Program Manager for Mission Systems with active clearance to own a portfolio of government reference architecture programs. You will partner with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to keep technical, cost, and schedule baselines aligned and commitments met.

You will develop systems engineering artifacts and gain deep understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products, contributing to strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs.
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven interface to a government program office, running reviews and conveying status.
• Experience managing schedules and resources to meet objectives.
• Highly organized: able to manage concurrent programs in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems engineering execution across open architecture teams and adopting teams.
• Drive execution across multiple efforts and ensure sprint outcomes.
• Develop understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Contribute to overall strategy with Lead Engineers and Chief Engineers.
• Build integrated schedules and allocation plans with engineering leads.
