Job summary

Leidos Defense seeks an Integration Engineer Team Lead to drive integration activity across defense platforms, including test planning, verification, and coordination with customers and contractors. Qualifications

• ABET accredited BS degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years.
• Experience with defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.
• Experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting and testing.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel ~4 weeks per year; US Citizenship and active secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
• Create, modify, and execute test plans to satisfy program requirements.
• Complete verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Coordinate test personnel and equipment across multiple events.
• Work with OEMs and internal MFG to bring product to market reliably.
• Brief internal and external parties on test results and data.
