Job summary

Leidos Defense is seeking an Integration Engineer Team Lead to guide test planning, coordination with customers and contractors, and execution of verification activities across complex defense systems. The role focuses on hardware and software test planning, integration, and data-driven reporting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with requirements, and present results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS degree in computer/electrical/mechanical/systems engineering or related field with 8+ years of prior experience; or MS with 6+ years.
• Experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
• Direct hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting and testing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
• Create, modify, and execute test plans to satisfy program requirements.
• Complete requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Coordinate test personnel and equipment across multiple events.
• Work with OEMs and internal manufacturing to bring products to market.
• Brief internal and external parties on test results and data.
