Job summary

Leidos Defense seeks an Integration Engineer Team Lead to direct test efforts across hardware and software for defense programs. You will coordinate test plans, verify results, and work with customers and OEMs to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical systems.

Candidates should have a strong background in test engineering, hands-on hardware/software skills, and a willingness to travel. The role requires US citizenship and an active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited BS degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or systems engineering.
• 8+ years of test engineering experience in defense or commercial domains.
• Experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting, and testing.
• US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 4 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
• Create, modify, and execute test plans to satisfy program requirements.
• Complete verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Coordinate test personnel and equipment across events.
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal manufacturing to deliver products.
• Brief internal and external parties on test results and data.
