Job summary

Leidos Defense is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to join the Systems Integration and Test Team. You will work with customers and contractors to develop and execute test plans, build HWIL platforms, analyze data, and report on results across defense systems and sensors.

The role requires hands-on experience in hardware/software integration, knowledge of test practices, and ability to travel for test events, with US Citizenship and a secret clearance as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in a relevant engineering field with 4+ years experience.
• US Citizenship and active secret clearance.
• Experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration and testing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel ~4 weeks/year.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
• Create, modify, and use HWIL test platforms to meet testing requirements.
• Perform test data analysis using data log parser, Wireshark, and debugging tools.
• Debug hardware and software with various tools.
• Create and execute test plans and procedures to satisfy requirements.
• Complete verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Brief internal and external parties on test results and data.
