Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX is seeking a Financial Management Stf to lead a four-analyst team and oversee day‑to‑day financial management across FP&A, overhead, program finance and accounting functions.

You will drive forward-looking analytics, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and USGAAP. This role supports proposal development within the Tactical Missiles line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business with experience.
• Experience with Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash and CSR/LRP process.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to the finance team to meet deliverables.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk assessments to inform program decisions.
• Consolidate financial results for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
• Develop data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses for budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and USGAAP policies and support proposals.
