Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Financial Management Sr for the Program Finance Team in Dallas. You will deliver accurate financial reporting, drive variance analysis, and support program performance across multiple contracts throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Program Management and Contracts to develop budgets and forecasts, while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and US GAAP in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• EVMS experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for contracts.
• Consolidate and report Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, and ROS for monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles.
• Conduct variance analysis and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and US GAAP; maintain audit-ready records.
• Partner with Program Management, Contracts, and leads to support budgets and forecasts.
