Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking the Grow Sustainment (GS) F-22 Proposal Integration Lead to manage the full spectrum of sustainment proposal activities from capture through campaign development, submission, and contract award.

You will coordinate with Sustainment Operations, the Integration Office, and Program Management to ensure compliant inputs, on-time delivery, and continuous process improvement across sustainment offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related discipline; demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience with proposal processes and contract documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage sustainment proposal activities from capture to award.
• Coordinate with Sustainment Operations, Integration Office and Program Management.
• Ensure inputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
• Provide regular status and metrics reporting to leadership.
