Northrop Grumman in Northridge, CA is seeking a seasoned finance professional to manage program cost and earned value metrics. You will forecast financial performance, track billings, and support audits across multiple projects.

Strong analysis, collaboration with SMEs, and independent initiative are essential. Required are extensive experience in accounting/finance, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work onsite in Northridge.

Qualifications

9 years of related experience in lieu of degree; 5 years with a Bachelor’s or 4 with a Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel
Experience managing multiple projects with demanding deadlines
Must be able to work onsite in Northridge, CA

Responsibilities

Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and performance reports
Forecast program financial metrics for booked and potential programs; track billings and cash collections
Support audits, reviews, and monthly/quarterly financial close deliverables
Maintain Costpoint and Cobra project setup; prepare program cost reports for internal and external customers
Contribute to cost estimate development, proposals, and negotiations
