Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Associate to support the Ship and Air Integrated Warfare Division at NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field, St. Inigoes, Maryland. This hybrid role requires two onsite days weekly and an Interim Secret clearance to begin work.

The analyst will coordinate schedules, procurement, staffing, and budgets, collaborating with contractors and government staff to collect and organize program data, track milestones, and ensure accurate budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of direct project administration/analytical experience.
• U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain Interim Secret.
• Proficient with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and the MS Office Suite; SharePoint familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking and localized action item trackers.
• Monitor milestones and deadlines across teams.
• Analyze and track project risks and opportunities.
• Assist in resource planning and scheduling to support analytics.
