Job summary

SAIC seeks an Associate Program Analyst to support Test and Evaluation of FMS AEGIS ships and weapons systems at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC. You will oversee project operations, liaise among teams, review budgets, and help plan testing scenarios using the PEAR process to ensure data supports reporting needs.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or equivalent Navy experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 4 years Navy technical experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, ability to translate tech info into test docs.
• Occasional travel to FMS countries to visit test ranges/centers.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance or hold a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support T&E of FMS AEGIS ships and weapons systems.
• Manage project status, budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Develop test scenarios using PEAR process and ensure data collection supports reporting requirements.
• Provide program office administrative and engineering support.
