Job summary

ANSER is seeking an Associate Project Management Analyst to support NAWCAD, Webster Outlying Field, SCMS Division, performing full lifecycle project management from initiation to delivery. The role interfaces with Government Project Leads and clients to coordinate requirements through delivery, while supporting IPT activities and project reporting.

This onsite position requires coordinating project status meetings, producing detailed reports, and tailoring PM tools to reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Experience or ability to support full life cycle project management.
• Ability to interface with Government Project Leads and government clients.
• Ability to develop detailed project reports for teams and management.
• Ability to tailor project management tools for reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle project management activities (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling).
• Interface with Government Project Leads and government clients to coordinate processes from requirements through delivery.
• Support IPT activities and project coordination requirements.
• Coordinate project status meetings and communications among stakeholders.
• Produce detailed project reports for project teams and management.
• Tailor standard PM tools to support reporting needs.
• Continuously examine project requirements and address challenges.
• Rebalance requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Support project requirements from definition through delivery.
• Coordinate activities and information among Government stakeholders and team members.
