Job summary

ANSER seeks an Associate Project Management Analyst to support NAWCAD at Webster Outlying Field, SCMS Division. You will manage full lifecycle projects, coordinating with GPLs and government clients to drive requirements from initiation to delivery.

This onsite role requires commuting within 50 miles of St Inigoes, MD and offers opportunities to contribute to C5ISR programs while working with IPTs and detailed reporting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus <3 years PM experience; or Associate’s with 4+ years related experience.
• Experience supporting full life cycle project management.
• Ability to interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs) and Government clients.
• Ability to tailor project management tools to reporting requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills for requirements and activities.
• Ability to rebalance project requirements throughout the life cycle.
• Onsite work requirement within commutable distance of work location (50 miles).

Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle project management activities (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling).
• Interface with GPLs and Government clients to coordinate processes from requirements through delivery.
• Support IPT activities and project coordination requirements.
• Coordinate project status meetings and support communication among stakeholders.
• Produce detailed project reports for use by project teams and management.
• Tailor standard project management tools to support reporting requirements.
• Continuously examine assigned projects and apply complex problem-solving.
• Rebalance requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects.
• Support project requirements from initial definition through delivery.
• Coordinate project activities and information among Government stakeholders and project team members.
• Monitor project activities to support effective execution and completion of project requirements.
