Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-276 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. You will be part of the Air Vehicle IPT providing program management support and analytics.

The role requires 3–10 years of related experience, a BA/BS degree, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Hybrid work is possible with travel as needed for customer requirements and project demands.

Qualifications

• Journeyman – BA/BS degree.
• Three (3) to Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of and/or supports the Air Vehicle Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Collect, interpret, track, and organize information and documentation relating to product requirements.
• Track and manage overall time sensitive IPT requirements, and ensuring inputs are collected and submitted ahead of deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate with staff personnel to meet and exceed operational requirements and tasking.
• Assist with entry, maintenance, and tracking of budget, financial, and acquisition reports from CSPT and PMT, including visualizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Coordinate, facilitate and schedule program level meetings with agendas and read-ahead information.
• Proactive, organized, and good teamwork skills.
• Identify urgent matters needing attention and communicate effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
