Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Analyst to support the Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executive, Mission Systems, in our Washington, DC office. The role requires collaboration with Government and industry stakeholders to ensure program schedules and documentation stay aligned with objectives.

Hybrid work is allowed; candidates must be able to work onsite in DC 3-4 days per week and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite near the Washington Navy Yard.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Active Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and technical advice, recommendations, and solutions for emerging program issues and topics.
• Recommendations on contract structure and CDRL development.
• Milestone documentation development, adjudication, and tracking.
• Maintain and update program documentation including schedules, organization charts, and status briefings.
