Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Management, Optics, or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment; supervisory experience preferred.
Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement mindset; knowledge of standard work and 5S.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
Translate schedules and priorities into clear daily expectations; monitor performance and adjust as needed.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer commitments.
