Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Paralegal (Level 3 or 4) to support 2–3 attorneys in the Weapons Systems division and other DS units. You will interface with multiple stakeholders, conduct legal research, and assist with NDAs and contract terms on both supply and contracts sides.

The successful candidate will have a strong confidentiality mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment, while supporting policy improvements and training materials.

Qualifications

• Level3: High School Diploma with 4+ years’ paralegal experience; college degree preferred.
• Level4: High School Diploma with 6+ years’ paralegal experience; college degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with management, paralegals, employees, lawyers, and outside parties.
• Conducting legal research.
• Supporting negotiation of NDAs and contract terms on both buy and sell sides.
• Identifying and supporting process improvements in corporate and sector policies and procedures.
• Drafting letters.
• Preparing training materials, briefings, and guidance documents.
• Preparing and managing firewall documents and training.
• Navigating legal and corporate systems, tools, and databases.
• Collecting documents in response to third‑party subpoenas.
