Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Commerce, CA is seeking a Contracts Administrator – Level 3 or Level 4 to join the program management team. This onsite role supports proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and administration to ensure proper contract execution in accordance with policy and customer requirements.

The position requires working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, experience with MS Office and Adobe, and a bachelor's or higher degree with relevant professional experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience or higher.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR and government acquisition regulations.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contracts and program obligations; ensure communication and adherence.
• Assist in contract proposal coordination and timely submission to customers.
• Support negotiations, administration, and customer contract activities per policies and requirements.
• Collaborate with technical, program, finance, global supply chain and security functions for seamless contract administration.
• Prepare and manage contract change requests; maintain historical data.
• Review terms and conditions to identify risks in financial terms, delivery, IP, termination and indemnification.
• Build and maintain customer relationships across geographic boundaries.
• Enter and maintain contract data in Management/Accounting systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
