Leidos in Hawaii supports DISA DGOC providing critical 24x7 network operations and services. You will configure and analyze circuits across routers and switches, perform real-time circuit redesigns, and coordinate with DoD and external agencies to maximize availability.

The role requires a DoD Top Secret clearance, DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, and the ability to work in a demanding 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required prior to start date.
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift work environment.
• Working knowledge of Transport and IP network topologies.

Responsabilités

• Execute network operations to include configuration and analysis of customer circuits across optical and electro-optical multiplexers, routers, and switches.
• Perform real-time circuit redesign (alternate routing) to restore customer connectivity during outages and maintenance actions.
• Work with internal/external customers and DoD to ensure maximum network availability.
• Monitor network alarms across platform-specific management tools.
• Perform change management tasks including hardware replacement and software configurations.
• Document outages, degradations, isolations, escalations, and resolutions in incident management apps.
• Assess and resolve network incidents leveraging routers, switches, and IP/Transport knowledge.
