Job summary

CSG in Arlington, VA is hiring an M&A Analyst to support corporate development and transaction activity across North America. You will work closely with senior leadership and CSG's international M&A team to evaluate acquisition opportunities and support transactions from initial assessment through diligence and execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in corporate development or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and research capabilities.
• Experience evaluating companies or transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated industries preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities through research, modeling, and valuation.
• Support transaction execution, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare investment analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct market research to support transaction evaluation.
• Support M&A pipeline management and process improvements.
