Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to support the DASW for GIES. The role focuses on evaluating mergers, acquisitions, teaming agreements, and joint ventures affecting the defense industry.

Onsite work at the Mark Center is required with travel as needed. The candidate should have 5+ years of related experience, a finance/business background, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree with economics, competition and antitrust coursework.
• 5+ years total experience with 2+ years in national security or commercial finance.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential impact of mergers, acquisitions, teaming agreements and joint ventures on national security and industrial base.
• Analyze effects on technology, cost savings, and other factors per DoW guidance.
• Support risk mitigation and monitor compliance with consent orders.
