Job summary

Technology Service Corporation is seeking a Corporate Development Director to report to the CEO in a hybrid role based in Arlington, VA. The position partners with the C-Suite on strategic initiatives, M&A due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning, coordinating with legal, finance, and operations to drive value creation and enterprise growth.

The role requires deep familiarity with defense, aerospace, intelligence, and national-security ecosystems, strong analytical abilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategic finance, management consulting, transaction advisory, or a related role.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, cybersecurity, intelligence, space, autonomy, robotics, or related technology markets.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and provide executive-level support.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-term strategic plans with COO/BD.
• Maintain and update the acquisition pipeline and valuation analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence, integration planning, and transaction execution across legal, finance, and operations.
• Prepare materials for CEO, Board, lenders, and advisors; track progress and risk.
