Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an onsite Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to support the DASW for GIES.

You will evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures affecting the defense industry, considering national security and the industrial base, and help develop risk mitigation options and ensure compliance with consent orders. Required are an active TS/SCI clearance, a business/finance degree with relevant coursework, 5+ years of experience (2+ in relevant fields), and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with economics, competition, and antitrust policy coursework.
• 5+ years total experience with 2+ years in national security or commercial finance.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the potential impact of mergers, acquisitions, teaming agreements, and other joint business arrangements on national security, industrial base, and technology base.
• Develop risk mitigation options and monitor compliance of consent orders.
