Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency with experience using market data tools.

Responsibilities

• Create valuation models (DCF, comps, accretion/dilution) and assess synergies.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and board materials.
• Participate in due diligence and integration readiness across transactions.
• Evaluate deal issues and summarize implications for leadership.
• Maintain internal M&A processes to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather information and validate assumptions.
