Job summary

MSM North America is seeking an M&A Analyst to support corporate development and transaction activity for CSG Defense North America in the Arlington, VA area. You will work closely with senior leadership and CSG's international M&A organization to evaluate potential transactions from initial analysis through diligence and execution.

This role offers significant exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to work on complex transactions within a growing international defense

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience evaluating companies, transactions, or investment opportunities.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills, including preparing materials for senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across functions and geographies.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience evaluating companies, transactions, or investment opportunities.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

Experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, manufacturing, or another regulated industry is preferred. Experience with transaction diligence, government-related market research, or cross-border transactions is also beneficial.
