The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate development, strong financial modeling, and a proven ability to influence at senior levels within defense and government contracting ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategic finance, or a related role.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, cybersecurity, intelligence, or related markets.
• Demonstrated experience preparing executive materials.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the acquisition pipeline in partnership with the C‑Suite.
• Translate acquisition theses into measurable pre‑close plans.
• Coordinate internal and external diligence workstreams.
• Prepare materials for CEO, executive leadership, and Board.
• Support integration planning and post‑close execution.
• Coordinate with legal and other stakeholders on defense‑industry considerations.
