Job summary

Seerist is seeking an experienced customer success professional to support a current military client in Fayetteville, NC. You will act as the matter expert on the Seerist platforms, drive platform adoption, provide training, and ensure value realization across the contract lifecycle.

Onsite Monday–Friday, you will manage a high-touch client portfolio, communicate updates, and work with product teams to translate client needs into actionable enhancements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current TS clearance (SCI preferred but not required).
• Deep knowledge of analytical functions in defense, intelligence, or federal civilian sectors.
• Experience harnessing PAI software and/or account management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the matter expert on the Seerist platforms and showcase value to the client.
• Onsite availability for client support (Monday–Friday).
• Understand the client’s mission and provide training and analytical support throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Gather client feedback for development and production teams to enhance the client’s mission.
• Manage a portfolio through platform and API usage and CRM tools to ensure retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client needs with Seerist capabilities.
